Teams would take part in Asian TKD Clubs Championships were announced
April 2017
The 7th Asian TKD Clubs Championships (G1) will be held on April 13th -14th 2017 in Sari-Iran.
The following teams will participate in the mentioned event;
Azad University, Shahrdari Varamin, Shohadaye Modafe Haram of Sari,Iraq,Oman, Pakistan, Afghanistan.
The above event will be held in 5 weight categories as bellow;
-54 kg, -63kg,-72kg, -82kg, +82kg
According to LOC schedule; Teams arrival, registration, referee meeting, drawing, weigh-in will be on April 12th 2017 and the contests will be launched on April 13th 2017.
In the previous edition of above championships, IRI "Shahrdari Varamin" achieved 5 gold, 3 silver medals, 50 points and got the champion, Kazakhstan achieved 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal got the second place and United Emirates "Alnasr Team" got the third place.
Meanwhile the Asian Clubs Championships is G1 and for gold, silver and bronze medals in order of medals 10, 6 and 3.6 points are considered to increase Olympic ranking.
